City Manager LaTanya Bellow

LaTanya Bellow has served as the City Manager of Emeryville since January 2025 and brings more than 20 years of local government leadership experience. In her role, she oversees all city operations, manages the city's budget, and ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality municipal services to the community.

Previously, LaTanya held several senior leadership positions with the City of Berkeley, including Interim City Manager, Deputy City Manager, Interim Public Works Director, and Human Resources Director.

LaTanya holds a Doctor of Public Administration from California Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay. She also serves on the boards of the League of California Cities and the California Public Employers Labor Relations Association.
