2026 - 2027 School Year Fees

Infant & Wobbler

  • Resident: $2,544 per month
  • Non Resident: $2,826 per month
Toddler
  • Resident: $2,311 per month
  • Non Resident: $2,570 per month
Pre-K
  • Resident: $1,851 per month
  • Non Resident: $2,053 per month

A 10% sibling discount is applied to the lower tuition when more than one child from the same family is enrolled.

Miscellaneous Fees
  • Application Fee: $54 (Non-Refundable)
  • Late Arrivals and Pick to Ups Fee:
    • $1 per minute- first late pick up
    • $2 per minute after first late pick up
  • Returned Check Fee: $25 per check
  • Late Tuition Payment Fee: $3 per day
  • Center Provided Diapers: $1 per diaper

Financial Assistance

Sunshine Program (CSPP)

ECDC’s Sunshine Program is funded through the California State Preschool Program (CSPP) and provides fully funded early care and education for eligible children ages 2–5.

Eligibility and enrollment are based on State requirements, family eligibility, priority, and available funded spaces. Space is limited and enrollment is not guaranteed.

Families interested in the Sunshine Program should complete the Sunshine Program Application.

Child Care Subsidy Agencies

ECDC also accepts child care assistance from outside subsidy agencies.
Please contact the agency directly to determine your eligibility.
