The City of Emeryville is seeking eligible towing companies to partner with the Emeryville Police Department for rotation towing services. This is an annual bidding process in which eligible towing, companies will be reviewed by staff to ensure the minimum qualifications are met. These minimum qualifications are outlined in the Emeryville Police Department, Tow Service Agreement (TSA), found on the Police Department webpage. 

Towing operators need to be able to comply with all requirements outlined in the TSA and meet all minimum standards. The application process will be from May 1, 2026 and wlill close May 31, 2026. Towing operators who meet the miinimum qualifications and are awarded service by the City will be effective from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Applicattons need to be completed, including all referenced CHP operator and driver forms need to be submitted by 4:00 pm on May 31, 2026
