Community Development

Responsibilities

The Community Development Department has the primary responsibility for administering the laws, regulations, and requirements that pertain to the physical development of the city, and for overseeing the implementation of the City’s economic development, housing, and public arts programs.

Monthly Progress Report

The Community Development Department publishes a monthly report covering the activities of all of the Department's divisions and updating the status of major development projects.
