City Manager LaTanya Bellow

LaTanya Bellow has served as City Manager of Emeryville since January 2025 and brings more than 20 years of local government leadership experience. In her role, she oversees all city operations, managing the budget, and ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality municipal services to our vibrant community. She previously held senior roles in the City of Berkeley, including Interim City Manager, Deputy City Manager, Interim Public Works Director, and HR Director. LaTanya holds a Master of Public Administration and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay, and is pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration. She also serves on the boards of the League of California Cities and the California Public Employers Labor Relations Association.
