The ECCL Fitness Center has a wide array of cardio and weight equipment so you can keep in tip-top shape! Here is all the information you need to start sweating!

Fall/Winter Schedule

September 15, 2025 - January 4, 2026

  • Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 7:45pm & 6:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 8:00pm 

Closure Dates: 10/13, 11/11, 11/27, 11/28, 12/25, 1/1

Dates and times are subject to change based on high school sports, holidays, events, programs, and rentals.

Fitness Center Rules

  1. Use equipment at your own risk. 
  2. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Use the equipment for its intended purpose. 
  3. Shirts and shoes must be always worn. No sandals or flip flops. 
  4. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  5. 20-minute limit per station when others are waiting. 
  6. No eating or glass containers in the fitness area. 
  7. Staff have the discretion to limit an activity which may cause injury or inconvenience to others and have the full authority over patrons using the fitness center and may enforce rules not listed as situations warrant.
