Shellmound Street Gas Main Project Underway

**Update**

Emergency work at the Shellmound St and Ohlone Way intersection will continue through the evening of December 16, 2025. Residents travelling through that intersection should expect delays and altered lanes due to traffic control in the Northbound direction

On the evening of December 19th, 2025 PG&E will pause its gas main replacement work on Shellmound Street until January 4, 2026.  On January 5, 2026 work will resume during the approved working hours on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Final pavement restoration work is estimated to be complete by February 8, 2026.
