Charmstone

Also called plummet stone, is an artifact formed from a small ovoid or elongate cobble, usually finely shaped and often polished. One end is frequently perforated, or shows evidence of having been wrapped with cordage, probably so it could be suspended from a cord. It is also often battered on 1 end with 1 or more faces and may have been used for ceremonial or magical purposes.
