Process Overview
Building and Fire Permit applications should be submitted to the Building Permit Technician at the Building Division.

Fees
Once a completed permit application has been received you will receive an Invoice for the Plan Review or Permit Fees and instructions will be provided on how to submit payment. We accept cash, check and debit and credit card payments. A 3.0% non-refundable Service Fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions. Finance cannot accept payments over the phone.
