Ashby Village tour guide Celeste Burrows will meet 15 people at 9:45 am at the Emeryville Senior Center (consider parking in a public lot on San Pablo Avenue and walking over) for a walking tour featuring the Emeryville Senior Center Public Art Collection – the Senior Center offers sculpture, mosaic, fabric arts and more – reflecting the vibrant community and the diversity of artists throughout Emeryville with works installed from the Bus Shelter Program, Community Promotion Grants, Visual Art grants and Purchase Award the site offers a great overview of the program the City uses to support the arts and beautiful its facilities.
