On July 12 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., North Oakland and Emeryville residents, businesses and friends will be joining in a day of fun and community building. Streets will be closed (see below for details) and the community is encouraged to come out for a day of meeting neighbors, supporting local businesses, and bike, walk, and play in the streets!

There will be areas for spontaneous music, singing, and dancing. Community members are encouraged to organize block events such as BBQ and games.

Streets Closed
For Love Our Neighborhood Day the streets below are scheduled to be closed. The Emeryville Police Department will be working with event volunteers to redirect traffic and keep the streets safe during the event.

• 55th Street from San Pablo Ave to Doyle Street
• Doyle Street from 55th Street to 65th Street
• 65th Street to San Pablo Avenue
• San Pablo Avenue from 55th to 65th Streets
• Kid Zone from 62nd from Doyle Street to Hollis Street
• Kid Zone from 61st Street from Doyle Street to Hollis Street
