Labor Standards
The goal of the City’s Labor Standards department is to ensure fair and equitable to covered employees working within the city limits; and employers are offered guidance to properly comply with these rules within the workplace. The department implements all labor standards in accordance with the respective ordinances and enforcement where necessary with the goal of collaboration and support of both parties.
