Below Market Rate Program

Several housing developments with an affordable housing component are underway in the City of Emeryville. Call (510) 596-3789 to put your name on our below market rate housing notification list. Leave your name, address, telephone number, and whether you are interested in rental and/or ownership housing. When project units are ready for lease-up, your name will be sent to the project developer/marketing agent. Read more.

Income Limits

In order to qualify for Below Market Rate housing designated at the moderate, low or very low income levels, your income must fall below the 2007 maximum limits.
