Junior Team $75R/$80NR

The Junior Team’s focus is to develop efficiency within all four legal strokes – butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle – with proper technique and distance per stroke. Interval training is used much more in this group. Dry-land training will be introduced in this group.

Pre-Senior Team $100R/$105NR

At this stage, swimmers should be goal oriented and dedicated to improving techniques, turns, and underwater speed as well as pacing and pace strategy. Dry-land training becomes more intense and light weight training will be introduced.

Senior team $125R/$130NR
